Terms of Service

01Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Muse-Sick LLC (“CONQRR”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the CONQRR mobile app, this website and any related services (together, the “Service”).

By downloading, opening or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that’s higher, to use CONQRR. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you’re legally able to enter into these Terms.

03CONQRR is not medical care

CONQRR is a self-improvement tool. It offers habit tracking, educational content, breathing and distraction exercises, an AI coach and a peer community. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or mental health condition.

• Nothing in the Service is medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and using CONQRR does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship.
• The self-assessment, “brain rewiring” percentage, ranks and other progress indicators are motivational estimates. They are not clinical measurements.
• If you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual dysfunction or compulsive behaviour that isn’t improving, please talk to a qualified professional. You can find one at findtreatment.gov.

04Your account

CONQRR doesn’t ask for an email or password. When you first use a feature that needs our servers (such as the community or Atlas), we create an anonymous account tied to your device. You can choose a display name; it doesn’t have to be your real name.

Because your account is anonymous and most of your data is stored only on your device, we can’t recover your account or your data if you delete the app, reset your phone or lose your device. You’re responsible for activity that happens on your device.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account & data. This permanently deletes your server account and everything you’ve posted, and clears your data from the app.

05Subscriptions and payments

Some features are available only with a paid subscription (“CONQRR Pro”). Prices, billing periods and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.

• Billing through Apple. Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
• Cancelling. Manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your CONQRR account does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.

We may change subscription prices. Apple will notify you in advance as required, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

06Atlas, the AI coach

Atlas is an AI coach powered by a third-party large language model. When you chat with Atlas, your messages are sent to that provider to generate a reply (see our Privacy Policy).

• Atlas’s replies are generated automatically. They can be wrong, incomplete or not right for your situation. Use your own judgment and don’t rely on Atlas for medical, legal, financial or emergency decisions.
• Atlas is not a human, a therapist or a crisis counsellor, and nobody monitors your conversations in real time.
• Atlas usage may be limited per day to keep the Service available for everyone.
• Don’t try to make Atlas produce sexual, harmful or illegal content, or use it for anything other than your own recovery.

07The Brotherhood

The Brotherhood is a community feed where members share posts and comments. Everyone there is fighting the same fight. To keep it safe, these rules apply:

• Be respectful. No hate, harassment, threats, bullying or judgment.
• No explicit content. Don’t post, link to or describe sexual or triggering material in detail.
• Protect privacy. Don’t share personal information, yours or anyone else’s, including names, contact details, photos or locations.
• No spam or promotion. No ads, solicitation, scams or links to commercial services.
• Report, don’t argue. Use the ••• menu to report a post or block its author.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules, at our discretion and without notice. Content reported by several members is hidden automatically while we review it. We don’t pre-screen posts and aren’t responsible for what other members say. Advice from other members is their personal opinion, not professional guidance.

08Your content

You own what you write. When you post to the Brotherhood, you give CONQRR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute that content within the Service, for as long as it remains posted. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept briefly in backups.

Your journal, urge log, pledges and streak history stay on your device. We don’t receive them and claim no rights to them.

You’re responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

09Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service if you’re under 18, or for anyone under 18;
• break any law, or infringe anyone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
• impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection to anyone;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt or try to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• work around usage limits, paywalls or moderation tools;
• use automated means to create accounts, post content or use Atlas;
• resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

10Our property

The Service, including the CONQRR name and logo, design, lessons, text, graphics and software, is owned by CONQRR or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these Terms and Apple’s Usage Rules.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

11Termination

You can stop using CONQRR and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content licences already granted, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) will survive.

12Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON’T PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, THAT DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE WON’T BE LOST, OR THAT USING CONQRR WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.

13Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONQRR AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND (B) US $50.

Some places don’t allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

14Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold CONQRR harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from content you post or your breach of these Terms.

15Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you live in the EU, UK or another place that gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts, you keep that right.

Before filing a claim, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

16Apple terms

If you downloaded CONQRR from the Apple App Store, you and we acknowledge that:

• these Terms are between you and CONQRR only, not Apple, and Apple isn’t responsible for the app or its content;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app;
• if the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation;
• Apple isn’t responsible for any product claims, legal or regulatory claims, or intellectual property claims relating to the app;
• you confirm you’re not in a country subject to a US government embargo and aren’t on a US government list of prohibited parties;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

17Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll let you know in the app or on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use CONQRR after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
